sauce was made in Italy by combing a large Italian Heirloom tomato with a San Marzano and a Grappoli d’Inverno. All these flavours and textures were merged together to perfection. 1-2 oz, plum-sized fruit. Tastes great roasted or fried. Good winter storage type when tied into ristras. Great for pizza sauces.
